Thanks so much. We always like to think our kids are great, but it's nice to hear from someone else that they are okay every now and then! She is absolutely loving her lessons. She was actually sick yesterday and didn't feel great today but she didn't want to skip. I'm real impressed with her progress and it's a big reflection on you. The way you never stop teaching and reinforcing, but never sound like you are lecturing, is really refreshing. We both look forward to Wednesdays!

Haley is really excited as well. She totally enjoyed her lesson and is more than willing to trot. We won't be there next week because we are coming every other Tuesday, so for September it would be the 16th and 30th.

Would it be possible to let Steve (my husband!) take a lesson on Saturday instead of me, I realize he needs basic horsemanship, but he really wants to get into it and I told him he could do it Saturday if it was ok with you? He has been biten by the horse bug as well! :-) and wants to start learning.

You are a great trainer a wonderful caregiver and I love how much patience you have and and boote’n/kiken/whippen isn’t part of your training program. Wow, I am so glad I found you. I really loved the class, I kept getting aggravated with myself though. I was really nervous for some reason. I went straight to the barn, got on Trigger and started to practice. I did ok, but it wasn't like you were there to correct my mistakes.

What impressed me about you, among other things, was your ability to confidently relay whatever you were teaching.

For me, what's being taught is only part of the equation, being able to communicate and understand what my instructor is saying - that's a bigger deal for me.
